Suggest Treatment For Headache , Sore Throat And Sinus Infection

I have allergies and since January I have had three sinus infections. Now, I feel the same symptoms, headache, facial pain , sore throat and just feeling sick. I have been on antibiotics and I get better, then I get sick again. I don t know what to do.

It may be necessary to consider allergy testing to determine exactly what you are allergic to so that it can be avoided if possible.

If it is related to dust then a change in pillow cases, mattresses and any other areas that may collect dust, may be needed.

Using anti histamines and topical steroid sprays for control would also help. Eg of topical sprays- nasonex, nasocort, flonase
