Suggest Treatment For Headache, Ongoing Dizziness, Vertigo And Left Ear Damage

Hello, I ve had a headache for the past 5 days that does not seem to go away no matter what I do. The most prevalent characteristic of this headache is the ongoing dizziness I ve been feeling. I have a history of migraine headaches, have been seen by a neurologist who has determined I have Vertigo and Left Ear damage, along with 3 small masses she found in my Brain following an MRI done in 2012. However, this headache does not feel like any past headache I have had. I also used to wear glasses for astigmatism and nearsightedness, but in the past year have had lasik surgery to correct this, so I no longer need glasses and currently have 20/15 vision. I am a 27 year old female. I am not sure what is going on and am getting increasingly concerned, but because of cost, I would like to avoid having to pay co-pays and deductibles for an Emergency Room visit if it may be something that is not urgent. How can you advise me? As a doctor, what would be your best recommendation? Best, Tatiana Castro-Acosta
