Suggest Treatment For Headache , Nausea , Vomiting And Fatigue

I have been suffering from fatigue, nausea, vomiting and sever headache for over 24 hours. I have kept down some liquids for a couple of hours. My headache is crushing and I can t get any relief. I haven t taken any meds because I can t keep it down. should I be concerned.

Your symptoms are mostly suggestive of some viral infection for which you can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or cefixime after an expert opinion along with nimeson-p or akilos-p for headache and fatigue. You can take rekool-d or pantop-dsr empty stomach for nausea and vomiting. Take some multivitamin like metilda-af or neurobian-forte once daily.
