Suggest Treatment For Headache, Dizziness And Bleeding Nose
My husband had concussion two weeks ago still having headaches dizzy at times he had small amount of blood on brain but dr says it will get better by itself he is now having some nose bleeding sort of red brown color should he be concerned he hit back of his head

As per your query you have headache, dizziness and bleeding nose . Well there can be many reaons for symptoms you mention in query like exposure to warm, dry air for prolonged periods of time, nasal and sinus infections, allergic rhinitis, nasal foreign body ,vigorous nose blowing and deviated or perforated nasal septum . High blood pressure and blood thinner are other reasons . In your case the symptoms seems to be probably due to high blood pressure .I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may check vitals , take history , order CT scan and blood test . Doctor may also order nasal endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , decongestants and may recommend surgery in case of nasal polyp and other condition . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist .
