Suggest Treatment For Headache And Tiredness

Hi there, im 45 female , I eat 90% clean and exercise 4-5 days a week but im always tired, thirsty and often have headaches despite drinking 2-3 litres of water a day . I did the online test and it came up with possible diabetic (26%). Could there be another reason?

Thank you for your question on HCM! I understand your concern.

I think that your symptoms may be caused by a metabolic disorer:
- A low thyroid function can lead to chronic fatigue
- A low adrenal gland function can
- Electolytes imbalance
- Chronic anemia

I would recommend you to consult with your GP, perform routine blood test for chronic anemia, renal and liver function tests, thyroid hormone levels, cortisol plasma levels and electrolytes.
