Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Judging from your description you seem to have had a concussion and possible whiplash injury. It is commonly associated with such symptoms which may persist for some time, weeks at times. While some over the counter pain killers (such as Ibuprofen) may be used to alleviate symptoms the most important thing is physical and psychological rest. It is important and the only measure for long term benefit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
