I thought my blood sugar are low Can you advise me on what to do
It will be a good idea to get your Blood pressure checked at the time of your headache.
On another thought, is your headache and nausea related to food timing? If it's always in the afternoon it may be due to acid peptic disease. So try taking tab Omeprazole 20 mg before your first food in the morning and see if you get relief from the distress.
If you do get relief get yourself screened for H pylori by Rapid Urea Breath test or Serology[Blood Test]. Then you have to take some prescription drugs so see your Gastroenetrerologist.
