Suggest Treatment For Headache And Muscle Pain In The Chest

I ve been getting headaches at the back of my head and behind my ears for a while and they ve been getting worse. My ears pull backwards as well. A couple of days ago, when I had a really bad headache, the muscles in my leg kept going tense for a few seconds. Then, today I had another really bad headache and the muscles in my legs, arms, chest and back kept going tense for a few seconds then releasing. Do you know why that could be?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from probably type of hemiplegic migraine or migrainous headache with aura or focal epileptic seizures or restless leg syndrome with anemia, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Do yoga and meditation regularly, check your hemoglobin status, CT brain, serum electrolytes. Use tablet Levocetirizine twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
