Suggest Treatment For Headache And Migraines

i have been suffering really bad headaches and migraines the headaches are getting worse by the month and ive got a burning smell up my nose but not all the time the headaches r at the front of the fore head and at the back of the eyes please can u help

There are several types of migraines. Headaches that start behind the eye are also known as cluster headaches. These are more commonly seen in males.

Here are a few things that many people find useful.
1. Drinking lots of water
2. Sleeping more than 8 hours a day
3. Eating lots of fruits
4. Getting lots of rest
5. Taking warm showers
6. Avoiding any trigger factors that may start the headaches.

In case, the symptoms persist, many people find taking NSAIDs useful for headaches as well.
