Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....
As per your complain it seems that due to physical trauma to the soft tissues of forehead there have been Inflammation of the tissues leading to pain and swelling and swelling is also present due to
Hematoma formation secondary to ruptured small blood vessels and spilling of blood into soft tissues..
There is accumulation of inflammatory cells, dead tissues, ruptured blood vessels in that area..
Headache seen to be
radiating pain from the lump secondary to continuous stimulation..
I would suggest you to apply a numbing gel over the lump to relieve pain..
Apply
Heparin containing gel for faster disrupting of Hematoma..
Take
Ibuprofen to reduce inflammation and pain..
Do alternate warm and cool compresses..
Avoid touching it again and again..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
