Neurologist 's  Response
Hi
thank you for sharing with us
I read your query and understand your concern
In my opinion your symptoms arent related with epilepsy or tegretol
Anyway first you should provide us with result of MRI and EEG
It seems like vertigo and the evaluation of vertigo is welled stabilized
First i would reccomend to contact a ENT specialist or your neurologist
Hope you will find my answer helpful
Best regards
