Suggest Treatment For Head Injury

i hit my head very hard to the trunk of my car (left temple) i have no exterior visual injury nor did I loose consciousness, it's been 2 days now.The only thing I do feel is slight nausea once in a while, and I do feel a slight pain in the area where I hit my head that feels bruised. Should I worry ?

Hi , after hitting the head feeling of pain with nausea and local bruise indicate head injury even in the absence of LOC and external injury .
You should consult neurosurgeon and do the CT head . Thanks
