Suggest Treatment For Head And Body Aches
I HAVE BODY ACHES ALL OVER AND MY HEAD HURTS. THE PAIN IS EXTREME. I EXCERSIED ALOT BEFORE THIS STARTED WHICH WAS LAST WEDNESDAY, I CANT EXCERSIZE NOW BECAUSE IF IDO IIT HURTS BADLY. I DONT HAVE A COLD AND I HAD A FLUE SHOT IN SEPTEMBER. I DO HAVE ARITHIS IN MY BACK BUT IT HASNT ACTED UO BEFORE NOW IF THATS WHAT IT IS. MY LOW BACK HURTS VERY BAD..CAN YOU HELP???.

Avoid lifting heavy weight, avoid bending forward. Get BP, sugar, X-ray of spine AP and lateral view done. Take medicines Zerodol P for 5 days and Pantop DSR for 5 days.
