Suggest Treatment For Head And Back Pain With Vomiting After Injury.

Hello, my 16month old daughter hit the back of her head on our ceramic tiles and about 1minute later she vommitted. Right after she vommitted she was laughing, and walking around and seem to be completely with it. She was even making fun of herself for bumping her head and throwing up. Should I bring her in to see a doctor? She is now sleeping as it was close to bed time when before she hit her head. Should I be waking her in the night?

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
1 to 2 episode of vomiting ate quite common after head injury in children. As you mentioned she was happy and making fun of herself which very well shows she was oriented.
as she is sleeping let her sleep. There is no reason for seeking urgent medical attention

If you notice any of the following then see your physician
1. Excessive vomiting
2. Abnormal movement of body
3. Not accepting feeds

Take care
Best Regards
