Thank you for writing to HCM

I have gone through your question and I believe that you have a migraine. A migraine is a repetitive type of headache and occurs due to some trigger factors.

Examples of trigger factors are:
- Sunlight
- Cold
- Fevers
- Certain foods

Usually, identifying and avoiding a trigger factor can help you prevent these migraines. Also, migraines are usually associated with some add-on symptoms like blurred vision and balance issues. This is why you are getting them. The issue of anger may be because of the headache which leads to a temperament.

The back pain can also be a referred pain from the migraine. Here are a few things you can try to help you:
- Drink lots of water
- Eat meals at regular times
- Sleep well and at least 8 hours a day
- Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel like you are about to get a headache
- Inhale steam mixed with eucalyptus oil which will help clear the nasal passages

Follow up after 3 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
