Hi thanks for contacting HCM... Noted you have acute bronchitis ...so treat it symptomatically and by antibiotic... Amoxycillin or levoflox like antibiotic needed for 5 days... If wet cough not easily expelled then ambroxol like expectorant needed.... Drink more water... Avoid smoking and ice cream like irritants. Dust exposure and pollutants exposure less.... If congestive symptoms more antihistaminic drug like benadryl given.... Following can be cause for white patch...on tonsil ..... -tonsil stone by food particle , mucus and bacteria -chronic tonsilitis -oral thrush for which antifungal drug needs -strepto throat infection .... If needed swab taken and culture done... Daily salt water gargle will be helpful.... Take care..... Dr.Parth
