Suggest Treatment For Having Heart 4% Larger Than Normal In A Child

My son started having episodes of blank stares and blueish lips last June. We went through Pulmonary, Cardio and Neuro and the only thing they found is that his heart is 4% larger than normal and that he had one episode of Central sleep apnea. Almost 3 now, he had a similar episode yesterday in speeach therapy but it included stuttering. His speech therapist seems to thinh that they are petit mal seizures. What do you think or suggest we do?
