Suggest Treatment For Hard Stools

hello,my daughter is now 5 years old.her stool is around 4 days once.she is very much constipated,very hard stools.she is feared to do stool.we gave her all veggies& nuts&fruits.she drank 2 cup of milk daily,but we are worried of her motion.what to do?
