Suggest Treatment For Hard Lumps In Left Breast And Intense Arm Pain

Ok. I am a breast cancer survivor of nearly 10 years. I had slumps tony on my left breast and several lymph nodes removed. For a week now I have been feeling intense pain under my left arm in the area where the nodes were removed. Could this pain be cancer related or lymph related?
