Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain hairloss in males I'm the form of small patches is commonly due to Androgenic Alopaecia that occurs due to sensitivity of hair roots to male sex hormones and is also commonly Hereditary in nature and seen in father and grandfather..
Other causes can be Fungal infection of scalp, can be secondary to any long standing disease, autoimmune condition known as Alopaecia Areata, side effects of medicines like beta blockers, lithium, warfarin etc..

In case if you have not consulted any expert, you can consult a Trichologist and get evaluated..
Treatment will depend on the exact cause..

As you are using Minoxin that has ingredient Minoxidil it is generally given in Hereditary hairloss..
If this is the exact cause you can apply Regaine in place of Minoxin as it also contains Minoxidil..
You should also take Oral Finestaride but only after consulting a Trichologist..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
