Dear Rajesh, The symptoms as mentioned in your post suggests that you are having Androgenic alopecia or Male pattern baldness. It usually follows a pattern of receding hairline & is related to genetic makeup and male sex hormones. Management involves application of Minoxidil preparations (like Mintop 10%) directly to the scalp to help hair growth by stimulating the hair follicles. In addition, you can also use: 1. Multivitamin supplements containing Biotin. 2. Finasteride preparations- it interferes with the production of male hormone linked to baldness.
