Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You seem to have androgenetic alopecia. It is a genetically predisposed hair loss. It is not due to wearing helmet as is common believed. Androgenetic alopecia is characterized by hair loss and thinning from the top mid and vertex part of the scalp. I suggest you to continue up with tugain (minoxidil 5%). In addition I suggest you to take an oral finasteride tab once a day for long. Both of these are approved remedies for androgenetic alopecia in males.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
