Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

Hello I am 19 years old n I have been losing my hair in the front since I was about 10..I cut all my hair off at 17 n all of it grew back except for in the front.. I tried everything vitamins n hair products made for hairline that claim u should see results in 30/60/90 days but all I ever still see is peach fuzz nothing more.. So I m just asking is there any hope my hair will grow back in

the hair loss is to particular area and not spreading to other site. so dandruff can be ruled out. it appears to be androgenic alocasia. for it there is no treatment. only thing is hair plantation can be done.
