Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall When Suffering From Fatty Liver
Hi my hair is falling out..... I have recently abstained from alcohol (1 week)... as i needed antibiotics... I have a fatty liver.... but am now taking a good multi vitamin..... and vitamin b12..... Will my hair repair itself if i continue to abstain...?? Thanks
