Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall Due To Thyroid

I was detected by thyroid disease 1 year before. My TSH was 4.23 then and there was heavy hairfall. I was prescribed to take thyronome 50 mcg and my hair fall stopped. I took the medicines for 2 months and then discontinued for 1 month. My TSH went upto 23.3 and hairfall again started. I was asked to take thyronome 75 mcg and iam continuing the medicines. My TSH is now normal - 2.41.But my hairfall hasnot stopped even now. Iam having heavy hairfall. I have lost almost half of my hair. What should i do? Iam 27, height 165 cm , weight 56kg
