Suggest Treatment For Groin Causing Bulge In The Groin

I HAVE a bulge in the groin area that can become more prominent when coughing, straining, or standing up. They are rarely painful, and the bulge commonly disappears on my lying down it looks like a Hernia .....tell me what should I do .....Iam scared of sugery
