Suggest Treatment For Green, Watery Loose Motions
My 6 months old baby is suffering from loose motions(Green and watery) since last 3-4 days and sometimes a bit vomit.. Since last 2 days she was on Dr Reddy's EcoNorm and Z & D, but the condition is not improving. Now the doctor has prescribed Zifi 100 , 2ml twice a day suspecting of infection. Shall i go ahead and give her that ??

Yes, you should go ahead and give her an antibiotic. However, I would give only Z and D and stop Econorm, since it is a highly expensive medicine with minimal benefits.
