Suggest Treatment For Grade 1 And Grade 2 Heart Murmurs

Hello. I have been diagnosed with a grade 1-2 heart murmur. I have requested it get checked, have had bloods taken and and echogram booked. My problem is, I m normally active, and have been really tired with tight chest and finding it harder to breathe. Should I worry?

I really appreciate your concern, if this the cardiac murmur heard then it has to be tested for the type it may be valvular heart disease it may be septal defect, it could be due to anemia too hope this information helps.
