Gout need to be treated in two stage. First when pain is bad then it has to be treated by strong anti inflammatory like piroxicam or Etoricoxib tablets. If pain is not getting control by it then other treatment is Colchicine, which is considered drug of choice by many for Acute pain.
Now when your pain is under control then you need to keep your uric acid under control. Do not eat seeds, read meat and alcohol. Also take xyloric or fabuxostat. These drugs causes control of uric acid and prevent acute attack.
