Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the miscarriage might be due to chromosomal abnormalities,hormonal abnormalities like throid, progesterone,diabetes,infections etc.So these causes need to be evaluated and treated accordingly.Nothing to worry.Avoiding stress is more important.Relax.Plan your next pregnancy after a gap of 3 months.Start taking folic acid tablet one month before planning pregnancy.
