Suggest Treatment For Genital Irritation

Ok I have a serious problem and its becoming a pattern in the last couple of months...a week before my cycle I get sores and a lot of discomfort in my private area! What could this be and why..I m very good with hygiene I Dont use soap there.please help

You had not mentioned anything about your age and sexual activities.
Anyhow yeast infection is a possibility for your discomfort and sores over your genitals. Rule out Diabetes Mallitus. If you are on some drugs like antibiotics or immunosuppresive drugs or oral contraceptives or other hormonal tablets, this could predispose yeast infection. After examination and investigations yeast infection could be confirmed and appropriate anti-fungal antibiotics topical and orally could clear the problem. Sex partners also to be examined and treated. Seek the guidance of your physician.
