Suggest Treatment For Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

I have gastroesophogeal reflux disease, but sometimes when I eat foods with spice, I get very sick. I feel nauseated, and weak, and it feels as if someone is pouring acid on my intestines. I causes my bowel movements to turn into mush basically. (sorry to be so graphic) I need help. What is happening to me?
