Dear gastritis may be caused by h pylori infection or NSAIDS or stress or alcohol or smoking.so in your history your not mentioned about stomach problems.dont know what type of stomach problems your having.what is your report s says. avoid spicy food and alcohol and regular exercise and eat green leafy vegetables.use tab.pantaprazole before breakfast.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine through endoscopy and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
