hi i have been having a breathinng difficulty for the past 5 months now and it gives me bad left arm pain we checked ecg, excersise ecg, echco everything was normal and it was a gastritice problem but after taking medicine also it was there like there s a left chest is very heavy my stomach gets bloated and left shoulder i was thinking whether i am co ing to the veez

2) Avoid spicy food.
