I am A K Khatri and I am facing gas problem in my stomach and bowls and I feel that there is pressure on my heart but I am not swetting. What to do. I feel very uncomfertable for two days. Today I have taken on capsule Omez.

Hello,

You are having a gas problem since two days. If you are having constipation problem than also it can lead gas. You can be prescribed simethicone containing a drug for gas problem. Drink more water. If needed ultrasound abdomen scan should be done. You can take omeprazole capsule empirically for a week. If chest pain present than EKG should be done just for sure to exclude cardiac cause .
