Suggest Treatment For Gastritis With Excess Salivation And Heart Burn

Hello Dr, I would be grateful if you could assist me. I’m 27 years old female. 57 kg 167cm i was diagnosed with gastritis 3 years back. The symptoms would come and go. then I smoked and had alcohol casually ( let’s say about 1once a week) .Don't smoke, drink alcohol, coffee, tea, juices avoid anything spicy , fried, and try to keep away from anything that could irritate my stomach for 2 year now. But it keeps getting worse to a point where I can’t even eat fruits, only papaya and water melons. mostly every intake i start getting excess saliva , constant heart burn, discomfort/ If i don't eat every 11/2 hour- same symptoms. 3 months ago after endoscopy was treated for helicobacter with amoxicillin, omez linex and others. Frankly i cannot see any positive changes i’m not taking any medicine at the moment. Please advise what could be causing this and how to regain my health.

Your query being appreciated, I have gone through the history given here, it seems to the inflammatory condition of GI tract and hyper secretion of acid could be the cause, it may associate with infection or may not, condition can be empirically treated with antibiotic and anti-protozoa drug, it is often noted that Helicobacter fails, may not give good result, but Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day, Doxycycline 100 mg once in day, Omeprazole 20 mg twice in day for 7 days can give best result, later on Omeprazole 40 mg need to be continue for another five weeks hope this information helps.
