Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Tiredness
Hi Doctor, I am 29 years old Male , having gastric problem.. 2 Main problems i face apart from gastric : Shakiness while i walk it does not happen all the times, but when i set to eat or go to bring water after work suddenly i feel complete shakiness. Suddenly i get very tired and completely lose power itself, sort of giddiness but not complete giddiness . I have done MRI of brain and so many test everything thing came normal. Please let me know why am i getting these and what is the exact problem i am having.
