Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Stomach Pain

I have been having stomach pains, some very strong and painful, for about 7 days now. When it happens and for a while after, I feel like I need to have a bowl movement or release a lot of gas but nothing comes out. A couple days last week and again today, I had loose stools 5-6 times a day but only a little comes out. I tried a laxative 1 day last week and it seemed to help the next day but by the 2nd day the cramping and feeling like I needed to go but couldn t were back.

It appears that you may have developed acute infectious enteritis for which I recommend and found very useful in my patients is a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole and probiotics.
