Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Soft Stools
I had yellowish fluid with soft-small-stool when i farted. And i cannot fart in a normal way, because when i feel like the wind want to pass, its actually the fluid, not the wind. and i dont have stomachache. Help me, this is my 3rd day. Btw im 21yrs old.

You are probably suffering from acute gastro-enteritis.
Do not worry.
I would suggest you to
1. Drink loads of water . Avoid dehydration
2. Avoid oily food.
3. I would start tablet Pantoprazole and a combination of tablet Norfloxacin and Tinidazole - this will give you relief.
