Suggest Treatment For Gastric And Indigestion
Hi sir, i am 42years,i take alcohol monthly 4 times,i have fatty liver,i have gastric problem now a days,digestion is a very big problem now,eating brown rice daily in the afternoon, motion comes 2times in the mrg,something immediately in the mrg after breakfast and after lunch, i need a solution and how to come out this.

Stop taking alcohol .
You may be probably suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome .(IBS)
Take tablet Pantoprazole on an empty stomach.
Your doctor can guide you on the dosage.
There are many drugs for IBS like Alosetron , Mebeverine and others.
Get an abdominal ultrasound done.
