General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are more likely to be related to irritable bowel syndrome. It is a diagnosis which can be treated by a proper diet. I recommend to use over the counter option to treat the gas such as Simethicone medications. I also recommend to avoid spicy food, fried or greasy food. I also recommend to avoid too much caffeine. I suggest to drink liquids and eat a fiber rich diet.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
