Suggest Treatment For Ganglion Cyst On The Left Knee

Ganglion cyst on left knee medial and inferior to patella. TKR 14 years ago with excellent outcome. Psuedogout 20 months ago with Debridement surgery. Slow recovery. 3 months ago over use - stairs and ladder work and the cyst developed. Now gentle squeezing in the evening releases the fluid -golfball sized cyst-and with compression it remains small over night. By midafternoon with a pad over the cyst and a compression sleeve on the knee it is full of fluid again. Fluid was cultured - no infection. Fluid is clear to slightly amber in color. Will this eventually resolve?

As per your history is concerned please let me know in which procedures you removed fluids from cyst? In our procedure we remove and inject steroid into the space for cyst to completely heal. Secondly if above method fails then it can be repaired by open methods.
