hi,gall bladder stones is a matter of concern if its with signs and symptoms which are difficult to deal with for the patient,i would advice you to consult a general surgeon.an USG whole abdomen must be done before you meet along with blood profile cbc, esr, lft, kft, urine microscopi and routine tests of the patient,In case there are tiny multiple stones that need to be removed by cholecystectomy(surgery) then the surgeon will advice you so.For the pain and other symptoms I would suggest you to consult the surgeon as early. As per her condition it ll be planned what next thing should be done.To improve her situation.
