Suggest treatment for fungal infection

for the last 25 years I have had very congestion skin with very lumpy and pus filled white cheese smelling contents . it sounds disgusting and getting the stuff out of my skin which was on a daily basis before I stopped bothering until it itches and I squeeze it out in large amount. It has left considerable scarring and has not improved over the years. doctors dismiss as adult acne. they can not be bothered with it me in effect to live with it. how could I have caught what I believe is to be a fungal infection. is there a cure and please do not discuss personal hygiene. thank you

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having yeast infection, untreated causing cheesy, foul smelling discharge.
You require both treatment, oral and local application.
Apply anti-fungal cream or lotion locally.
Take oral anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Wear cotton inner wears which will absorb perspiration and help local hygiene clean and dry.
Ok and take care.
