Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection In The Toe Nail While Having Sever Lupus

I take many immunosuppressants for a sever lupus and have had a toenail fungus for years. I started developing a fungus on a toe on the opposite foot a few months ago and it is smelling like fish. Is this something over-the-counters can fix or should I see a specialist?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fungal infection condition then it can be best managed with Terbinafine tablet 250 mg three times in day and Terbinafine cream for local application hope this information helps.
