Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection In The Ankle

I have a fungal infection near my ankle, In places it is thick and hard. Recently one of the hard fungal part split right through to the skin. It is now swollen and probably infected. I have been applying Tee Tree Oil as an antiseptic both at the split and across the swollen surrounding area. What should I do to control this?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that this can not be fungal infection as there is hard, thick area on ankle.
There might be having some local skin infection like eczematous dermatitis.
Consult dermatologist and get examined.
Meanwhile apply triple action cream on the part.
Ok and take care.
