Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no definitive treatment for paralysis following spinal cord injury.

The treatment consists of rehabilitation therapy in specialized centres, so, I suggest you find an appropriate centre for your brother.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
