First decrease your dail intake of water to 2.5 litres/day with decreased intake apecially after evening. Get urine routine and culture to rule out bladder infection. If infection is there treat it with antibiotics. if these does not work, you may try Tab Darif 7.5 mg twice daily to decrease frequency of urination.
