hello dr, i am just recovering after a 2 week hospitalization for urn sepsis. have chronic prostatitis and am on a daily tablet of Duodart (dutasteride and tamsulosin) am 54 years of age and my dr advises against surgery or TURP at this stage. After the sepsis my urine frequency has gone up to every one hour and i am therefore deprived of sleep.I pass around 100-150 ml of urine at a time max. all my latest blood and urine reports are clear of any infection. how do i overcome this frequent urination .
