Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination, Nausea And Fatigue

My husband and I are trying to conceive. The first day of my last period was June 20th. My ovulation test said I had a surge on July 17th, we had sex on July 16th and 17th. I have still not gotten my period. I have sore breast, frequent urination, very mild cramps and lower back pain that comes and goes, nausea, tiredness. I do not have any colored discharge or any bleeding at all. Just clear discharge. I have not had a positive pregnancy test though. Could I still be pregnant? What s going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What symptoms you are indicating along with delay in getting periods could indicate pregnancy.
Kindly wait for 10 days from the day of getting periods and take a urine pregnancy test. If it s positive, then get your pregnancy confirmed by means of ultrasound scan.
However, if at all you have not conceived, urine pregancy test would be negative and you must get your periods by about 2 weeks.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
